As of September 1, 2010, notwithstanding other provisions of the collective agreement, the annual wage rates to be paid to all employees covered by this collective agreement shall be paid for part or parts of each school year in a given calendar year, on the basis of one twenty-four (1/24) of the annual salary for each of the months from September to August inclusive. Any retrospective adjustment to be paid in accordance with this clause or upon separation from service shall be paid in accordance with this Article.
